"I didn't realize how my life today was shaped from trauma in my past. After processing through one of the most traumatic events in my life, the black cloud of that event was gone. I now have healing where pain and disconnect once were. I swear I felt 100 pounds lighter and saw colors more brilliantly! Life after trauma doesn't mean living WITH trauma and I am living proof. There is hope and healing in The Taking It Lightly weekend. I am a starfish saved!"
