Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to support others (and yourself). Learn how to have conversations about mental health,emotions, or feeling suicidal so you can guide others to well-being. Plus skills for self-care, so you have the resources for your own emotions.

Join our upcoming class July 30-31, 2026, 9:00a – 3:15p at Wisconsin Department of Veterans Affairs offices, 2135 Rimrock Rd, Madison, WI 53713 This class is offered over two half-days. Ending time each day may be as early as 2:00pm

FREE to veterans and immediate family members - sponsored by a grant from WI Department of Veterans Affairs!
